On this day, in the front and center of this picture of loyal 6am’rs, we have our very own 45 year old stallion. Father Menzel. Also goes by Big Diesel, Mr. Clean, Soccer Mom, Gas guzzler, ROMWOD ANKLE PRIORITY, Uncle Sam, and Craig. Craig turns 45 today so wish him a big happy birthday from at least 6 feet away.
What stands out most to me about Craig Menzel is his generosity and his kind hearted, fun loving personality. He’s raising some of the most polite and hardworking young gals I’ve ever come to know and I am so happy they found their way to CrossFit Kilo 2. Craig never misses a workout if he can help it and you can bet he is keeping up his training in his garage gym! Happy birthday CRAIG! May Menzel Nation continue to THRIVE!

20s contralateral plank each side (right elbow down, left foot down. Opposites are up). 5 min emom.
Dynamic stretch 30s each: Leg kick walk, quad pull heel to butt, RDL walk, lateral lunge, inch worm, bear crawl, crab walk, karaoke, side shuffle, high knees, butt kickers.
7k run. Every 5 min stop to do 10 push ups.
