WOD: 30 Strict Pull Ups, 30 Push Ups, and 30 Hang Power Cleans(43/62) for time. 10min cap. Then 5x5-8 DSHSPU or 5x5 hs neg (5s Neg) or 5 wall walks + 20s ntw hold. Superset with 10-20 V-Ups.
