This Sunday, October 20, @ 2:00pm join coach Luke and Austin for their first seminar in a series of events that will aim to help you continue to improve your fitness and wellness. In this first seminar, Luke and Austin are going to personally assess your current strength and flexibility with several different tests and give you a personalized approach to fixing your biggest problems over an 8 week period. From there you will dive into your own structured routine roughly 3 days a week to attack those weaknesses that could be causing you some discomfort or holding you back from achieving your next performance related goal.
