RX: LIFT: 5×5 Bench Press @ 85%. WOD: 5 Round AMRAP 1min each station. Box Jumps(20″), Wall Balls(14/20)10′, Push-Ups, 1 Min Rest. The score for each movement is the lowest reps you achieved in each round. Total score is all lowest scores added together.
