3 weeks through the open and I am proud of how everybody is pushing themselves on Fridays.  Energy has been high and the atmosphere has been great.  Recovery from those highs are important.  Get good rest and nourish your bodies with a lot of colorful veggies, lean protein, and healthy fats.  Then wash it down with a bunch of water!  Training in class has been phenomenal as well.  People are improving in many areas and the open is starting to show off a lot of the hard work you all have put in.  I hope you all enjoy the rest of your weekend.  Thanks for being apart of this great community!
