GETTING STARTED

 

STEP 1

Come into the gym! Schedule a consultation with one of our coaches. During this one-on-one meeting we’ll show you the gym, explain our programs, and discuss your fitness goals. This meeting usually takes 15-20 minutes. You can schedule a consultation by calling (319)895-2826 or sending us a message here.


STEP 2

After your consultation, you can sign up for CrossFit Camp. This is our foundations course where you will learn all of the CrossFit basics. Camp is offered every Saturday at 10:30 AM and usually lasts between 2-3 hours, depending on the size of the class. Cost of the camp is $30. You can sign up here.


STEP 3

Come to class! The key to getting results is showing up! Our coaches will help you determine what program to follow and how to progress.
