How to get started!

  1. Be sure to visit our What is CrossFit? and About Kilo pages on our website!
  2. Next, we require new members who don’t have a background with CrossFit to begin in our two week foundations program. In this program you’ll learn and practice all of the basic movements of CrossFit used in our classes. It also allows us to get to know more about you and your fitness goals. We hold FREE foundations introduction courses on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10:30 AM. You can register for one of these classes here!  NOTE:  If you have CrossFit experience or are unable to attend one of these sessions please contact us at 319-313-7699 or  austin@crossfitkilo2.com
  3. After your FREE foundations introduction class, we’ll continue our foundations course over the next two weeks. Classes are held on Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30 AM or 5:30 PM and Saturday at 10:30 AM. You will attend 6 total classes to complete our foundations course. After attending your final session you will be ready to join any of our regular CrossFit classes!
