How to get started!

  • Be sure to visit our What is CrossFit? and About Kilo pages on our website!

 

  • Next, we require new members who don’t have a background with CrossFit to begin in our 6 session foundations program (see below) or Couch to Kilo . In both programs you’ll learn and practice all of the basic movements of CrossFit used in our classes. It also allows us to get to know more about you and your fitness goals. We hold FREE introduction courses on the FIRST and THIRD Saturday of every month at 10:30 AM.   • Our foundations course is a faster pace entrance into CrossFit for beginners who have already been regularly exercising or recently participated in an athletic program.  After your FREE introduction class we’ll continue our foundations course over the next two weeks for a total of 6 classes. Classes are held on Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30 AM or 5:30 PM and Saturday at 10:30 AM.  Throughout the foundations classes, you are welcome and encouraged to attend regular classes in order to meet other members, coaches and get accustomed to a really fun atmosphere.  If you enrolled in our Couch-to-Kilo program you will begin an 8-week fitness journey towards improving your lifestyle.  You will learn our CrossFit basics along with fundamental healthy habits and work towards fitness goals you never thought were possible.
