RX: Dirty 30 Squats . 1 set of 18 unbroken back squats @ same weight as last. 4×8 Bench Press @ 80%. Then, 30 ring dips, 30 double unders, 20 ring dips, 50 double unders, 10 ring dips, 70 double unders for time. Refer to 10/4/2016

Gold: Dirty 30 Squats . 1 set of 18 unbroken back squats @ same weight as last. 20 ring dips, 20 double unders, 15 ring dips, 40 double unders, 10 ring dips, 60 double unders for time.

Silver: Dirty 30 Squats . 1 set of 18 unbroken back squats @ same weight as last. Then, 30 box dips, 30 Single unders, 20 Box dips, 50 Single unders, 10 Box dips, 70 single unders for time.

Bronze: 15min AMRAP 20cal assault bike and 20 golet squats. Then, 30 box dips, 30 Single unders, 20 Box dips, 50 Single unders, 10 Box dips, 70 single unders for time.
