This Friday is our big kickball fundraiser.  We hope to see everybody there!

Rx: Bench Press 5×5 @ 85% superset with bent over rows. Then, AMRAP 20min. As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
2 RMU, 4 HSPU, 8 KB Swings (55/70). Refer to 3/14/2017

gold: As RX

silver: 2 strict pull Ups, 4 push ups, 8 KB Swings (25/35)

bronze: EMOM rotate between 10 HRPU and 10 back Ext. Then WOD: 4 ring rows, 4 push ups, 8 KB Swings (15/25)
