Couch to Kilo

Couch to Kilo is a program designed for the most beginner-level exerciser with cardio and functional strength movements. This program will teach you how to properly push, pull, bend, squat, and move yourself and other objects.  You will learn what it means to be more functionally fit.  You will burn fat, build strength, and increase your work capacity! BONUS: We know you’ll get results so we’re going to provide you with a body scan in and scan out!

Classes are 1-hour and meet on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 6:15 PM.

New athletes can and are encouraged to join throughout the program.
