Couch to Kilo

Couch to Kilo is an 8 week program (That’s 40 classes!) designed for the most beginner-level exerciser with high-intensity cardio and functional strength movements. This program will teach you how to properly push, pull, bend, squat, and move yourself and other objects.  You will learn what it means to be more functionally fit.  You will burn fat, build strength, and increase your work capacity! BONUS: We know you’ll get results so we’re going to provide you with a training log to track your progress!

Classes are 1-hour and meet on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 6:15 PM and Saturday at 10:30 AM.

New athletes can and are encouraged to join throughout the program.

Cost? $250.00

Are there future camps?  Yes, a new camp will start the following Monday after the final week of the previous camp.

If I miss the first session can I still attend?  Yes, you can start anytime throughout this program.

How many people can enter?  Max capacity of 20 athletes

How long does each session last?  60 minutes

Do we need to bring anything?  Tennis shoes (preferably a CrossFit/training shoe), workout clothes, and water bottle
