Gold: 6x5w/ ME Wt. Ring Pull Ups. Then, 2 rounds for reps. 2min. at each movement with a 1min rest period between movements. OHP (75/115) FS (115/155), and DL (155/225).

Silver: 6xME reps of assisted Pull Ups. Then, 2 rounds for reps. 2min. at each movement with a 1min rest period between movements. OHP (Bar), FS (Bar), and DL (65/95).

Bronze:  15min AMRAP of 20 walking lunges, 15cal ski erg, 10box dips . Then, 2 rounds for reps. 2min. at each movement with a 1min rest period between movements. OHP (bar), FS (bar), and DL (65/95).
