Silver: 5×5 Back Squats @ 80-85%. Superset w/ 5 Pull Ups. Then, 6 Rounds for time 12 Shoulder to Overhead(bar) and 12 Lunges. Time cap 12min.

Bronze: 3 Rounds fro time 15cal ski erg, 10 Ring Rows, 5 DB Thrusters. Then, 6 Rounds for time 12 DB Shoulder to Overhead and 12 DB Lunges. Time cap 12min.
